advice needed please!

my 2nd ds is nearly 2 and he has discovered how to get his pull up of even with a button vest and finds it hilerious to pee anywere,iv had him on time out etc given him a row nuffin seem to work my first ds never did this any advice would be apreciated

He's too young for time out - why not try potty training if he's so interested in peeing?!

i have started a reward chart and i hav included potty training in this, he not quite getting hang of it but i hav noticed tht he will do a dribble in the potty thn go to the potty in the other room and do anthr one as if he is controlling his bladder,my oldest ds went straight to the toilet and didnt do this!
