Day one of Pants- anyone want to join me?
Ds2 is 3 in February and starts nursery then..has to be dry. I have been putting this off for as long as possible as ds1 was a nightmare to train but they say every kid is different. Ds speech is not very good so but he can say Peepee so hopefully that's enough to get him started. dreading the poos though..urgh! I'm hoping if people join this thread then I won't chicken out and just give up.
Support needed! Wine at the ready for bedtime!! Xmas Wink

Hello. Don't know if you are still trying?
Anyway, I thought I'd give it a go over the Christmas hols.Confused
We have had lots of failed attempts since August with DD 3yrs.

So today I have put her in pants. will update later.

She is refusing to sit on potty so far when I've asked her. still in pants and no accidents yet. Just hoping that if she gets wet pants she might decide it will be better to sit on potty instead!

Will that be your second baby you are pregnant with? (Congratulations!) Xmas Smile

I have 2 DC so have done potty training a long time ago with my DS.

No this is my third.. 2ds aged 2.11 and 4.6.. I'm in shock still..just took a test this afternoon. I tried taking my ds to the "big toilet" when I needed to go..and said "right mummy's turn then your turn" it seemed to work eventually. But it was a loooooooooong process!! LOOooooong! around 5 months.. dreading ds2 as he's mega stubborn.
Thank you for the congratulations.. I'm still in a daze!

Oh, yours will have a smaller age gap than mine then, that will be nice for them as they grow up.

We have a 3yr DD and 8yr DS so quite a difference in age. Quite nice though.
