Please help my 3yr old will need a poo for 2-3 days before finally going. She has been doing this before being potty trained. She is good at going to the toilet and we have been successful with her having a poo on the toilet, she was so proud of herself so though we might have cracked the problem but no. As soon as she needs to go she will hold it until the feeling goes away. I have tried sitting with her whilst she is on the toilet and praising her but she just won't go and last night we were up until midnight when she finally went in her pull up. It doesn't make any difference if she is on the toilet or in a pull up. I'm scared the problem will get worse.
