I watched on Supernanny once that if the have dry nappies when they nap they are ready , not always the case with DC and to go full throttle not excuses e.g not putting a nappy on when you go out :O i find this quite scary

does everyone do it that way??

We are on 3rd attempt at potty training. We are using pull ups for outings and night time only.(Starting today) I don't feel brave enough to go completely "cold turkey".
