DS1 potty trained at 2.5 and all went swimmingly. DS2 is just turning 18 months, and has been using his potty more and more. Just wanted to get some advice on:

  1. He seems to strain to pee in order to do it in his potty (by his choice -he takes his nappy off and goes to do it) worried this isn't good for him? 2)He will only pee standing up which is fine apart from when he does a poo at the same time how can I encourage sitting on the potty? He likes to be able to see what he is doing Blush why couldn't he wait a year I wasn't expecting it quite yet, so am not sure how much to encourage etc. Have had a week of him deliberately peeing everywhere except in the potty, which thankfully seems to have stopped and was apparently experimental! He does ask for a nappy when he has had enough, but not always in time for a poo! All advice welcome, tia.
