What would you advise for a 2.4 year old who has just become reliably dry and clean in the day time[over last couple of weeks] and had had 3 dry nights in a row + dry nap times.Dd doesnt come on mumsnet but knows I do and asked me to ask-she thinks it may be too soon to try without nappies at night whereas I think it might be worth a try.

I would try. dry nappies in morning are a good sign. My DD went dry day and night all in 1 week

Thanks for that-just reporting back to say that he has now had 3 consecutive nappy free nights and stayed dry.Only started potty training a couple of weeks ago and so far so good[bound to be accidents of course].He was only 2 in February. His big brother was 4 before he had a dry night.
