My DD has just turned 2 and we've started potty training. It's not going too badly, we're on day 4 and she is running for the potty when feeling the need to go. The problem is that she needs to wee but is holding it in so we're getting little drips everywhere and she'll only sit on the potty for a few seconds then gets up saying no weewee. She's going six hours between wees. Can anyone advise me on how to help stop her holding it in? We're using star charts and chocolate rewards for success with the potty.
