Accidents at nursery

My two yr old DS has only just started to potty train and is doing really well at home (although poos are taking a lot longer - but I know that's normal!) However at nursery it's like he has no control at all! I did post a msg a couple of weeks ago about maybe using pull ups for nursery, although I hate them, and agreed with the opinion it wasn't probably a good idea. Howerver today he had seven accidents in two and a half hrs! Nursery insisted they had been taking him every half an hour, but I find this hard to believe or surely he wouldn't wet so much? Do I really get on the nursery's backs about this or do I just accept it's going to take longer once he's there? As I work there myself I don't want to cause trouble if there isn't any!! Confused
