Potty trained for 6 months and leaking now

My 2.8 yo dd1 was great at potty training when we did it 6 months ago. We have had our off days but for the last 3 weeks she has been leaking nearly every time before weeing.

She isnt fully wetting herself just a little bit.

Im not really sure what to do. Her cousin was born 9 weeks early around the same time it started and she hasnt been able to see him yet. I thought at first that was the reason but Im not so sure now.

Any ideas? We have tried rewarding her for not leaking and making her try to wee a lot but nothing is helping.

Ok, so now I see this is a year old already! Still, if anyone has advice it would be much appreciated. Despite constant reminders to go to the toilet more often than not by the time he can actually be persuaded to go he has leaked some.
