Hi I was just wondering is anyone else had experienced this and could offer some advice. My 2.5 year old DD has been slowly potty training since October and is now pretty much dry (accidents tend to happen on buses, in soft play areas etc). I have been using pull ups and recently tried to move to big girl knickers as she is pretty reliable. But she won't wear them, unless she is wearing a pull up or a nappy she complains that 'her bottom is sore'. I've tried tempting her with Cinderella pants but to no avail. Obviously she needs to move to pants at some point but I'm not sure what is going on! Do I just perserve? Thanks

I'm experiencing the same problem with my DS - 2.5. He is refusing to wear pants but will happily go about wearing his trousers comando style! Even the special big boy pants that arrived from Santa haven't tempted him to wear them. . . .

I am having the same problem and Dd in pull ups. she was hysterical when tried to put pants on her. However she only uses potty when I prompt her so I don't think she is ready. Agree its so stressful!
