DS is 23 months and hasn't done a poo in his nappy for nearly a week. He hasn't done many wees in his nappy either. Sounds good? Well, he hasn't done them in a potty either.
He flatly refuses to wear any clothes in the house and, if he does do a wee in his nappy then he pulls it off straight away. If he wees or poos on the floor then he wipes it up straight away and he's often dry after naps (and occasionally in the morning).
When he started with the undressing thing we just figured we'd put a towel on the sofa, leave a potty in the room and let him get on with it and try catch as much as poss. He loves sitting on his potty but hasn't actually done anything in it yet!
This is way earlier than I had planned for potty training, I was figuring next spring/ summer when his language was advanced enough for him to properly understand bribes etc. What do you think? Ready or not? Does it matter that I am so rubbish at catching the poo?
