Worms and poo (lovely topic)

My daughter, just turned 3 recently had threadworms. She was completely toilet trained, and dry at night but since we had the worms she keeps pooing her pants. She uses the toilet for weeing, but seems to have some kind of block on the poo side of things. Any one any ideas on what I can do? Getting a bit fed up of washing poo out of pants.

hmmm. I read a great tip on here once that someone got some fancy Kandoo wipes and told their dc that they were only for poo's - and that sorted the problem as the dc's were desperate to use the special wipes...
We had a simmilar problem with ds1, and he did like the wipes, also sending him to sit on the toilet at a certain time every day for a poo has worked...
