DD is 3 in December.
She potty trained in about 3 weeks in May, having a couple of accidents a day most days but telling me when she needed to wee/poo and doing really well.
In June she went on strike, refused to go on potty or loo screamed hysterically every time it was suggested and started to wee herself about 8/9 times a day. We tried stickers/rewards/star chart for a month without success then went on a camping holiday and having handwashed 8/9 pairs of pants and leggings a day at a festival, I gave up and put her in nappies for a week. Straight back into pants when we came back 3 weeks ago but still 5/6 accidents a day - and most annoyingly - not telling me when she's weed herself and sogging it all over the carpet. I have shiny fish stickers that she wants and sometimes she will co-operate but often still the mention of potty sends her into paroxysms. AAARRRGHGHGHGHGHGHG!

maybe use the toilet more and skip the 'potty' word?
sorry i'm not much help.... i read somewhere that sending the kids toilet seat as a 'present' from someone can help get them excited about it?
so frustrating i feel your pain - we 've only just started potty training and are having the same issues.
maybe get other kids over who are trained and just let her get it herself.
we've put the pressure on too much and our little guy is rebelling too.
give it a total break for a couple of months (and yourelf) then maybe you'll have the strength to start fresh with her being more positive. good luck!!!!
