Poo goes to poo land - could any one send this to me please!

I am desperately trying to find a copy of "Poo goes to poo land" - an NHS booklet that was produced a couple of years ago. I've seen on previous threads that some mumsnetters have copies that they can e-mail - if anyone could do this I would be eternally grateful!
