Dd won't ask for potty when out?

How can I get my dd (3.4) to ask when out, I have been asking her every 30 mins if she needs to pee. She says no, so when I take her anyway to try, she's wet her pants?? She is great at asking or just going when at home. Feel like I'm trapped in the house, been three weeks now. Am going to soft play tomorrow will I have to put her a pull up? When will she get it?

Don't ask jsut take her - if she is not managing 30mins then take her every 15mins. They always say no, so don't bother asking!
