Lots of 'dribbles'

We are on day 3 with DS1, who is 2.10, this is our first attempt and we have gone straight for pants, rather than pull ups.

Saturday and Sunday have both gone fine. So far 2 poos on potty, 1 in pants. Lots of wees in potty (we are putting him on every half an hour and pretty much more often than not, he has a wee, even if motivated by the chocolate buttons!).

Anyway, my question is in between these potty 'stops', he keeps dribbling in his pants. Not enough to cause a puddle, or anything. I feel like he goes little and often and dribbles, rather than having 'proper' wees. Is this normal or an indication that maybe we have started too early?

Thanks

He's had about 2 puddles on floor incidents.
