Nursery problem?

My DS is 2.9 yrs old her has been toilet trained for about 6 months. I have asked the nursery to toilet him, he goes standing up mostly for wees. He needs help pulling pants on and off, washing hands. He tells me if needs to go.

However I find that the nursery are not doing it all the time properly. He has a pull up on during lunch sleep and I often find when I take him home that he still has it on.

I know they are busy etc. I don't know if I am being unreasonable, but it kinda works against all my hard work.

What to do?

maybe it's time to ditch the nappy during the nap? if he's been dry in the day for 6 months he is probably ready to last through naptime. doesn't solve the problem that the nursery are being a bit lazy, but I reckon that leaving him in the nappy will be really confusing him, as you said it's undoing all your (and his!) hard work as it's basically saying "actually, you can wee in your pants instead of using the loo like mummy tells you to"
