Has anyone else tried potty training at 2? DS has been diagnosed with Psoriasis and it's really bad on his poor little bum so we're trying to get him out of nappies. He often wees on the potty and has been for 3-4 months but has still been wearing nappies out and about but we've stayed in since Monday with no nappies and had a fair few accidents! My mum says it's not too early (we were all trained by 16 months!)

Dd1 trained at 2 and 1 month. Took 3 days - dry day and night. Go for it!

Ooh interested in this. My 22 month old has started telling me when she is going and seeing as its the summer was toying with the idea of potty training. Shes in reusables which I think sometimes mean they potty train sooner. Not sure whether to start though I think I read that until they are a certain age they arent able to control when they go.

Girls are so smart eh? DS will get it soon enough!

DS in reusables too so added incentive! I think they can learn this control by association KERALA1, as I said, myself and my siblings were all trained by 16 months and never had a wet night. My mum put us on the potty as soon we could sit up and I swear I'll do it with the next child!
