My son (2) has been wanting to go to the toilet (not potty) for weeks now - so I thought we would give it a go. Did the whole stage 1 thing successfully and then nappies off and pants on :
Day one : 3 successes - 10 accidents
Day two : 8 accidents (note he is holding it longer inbetween pees) 2 successes
Day 3 : 6 !!! sucessess and only 2 accidents - gosh was I proud !!
But that was yesterday.. today (day 4) we have had 5 accidents again and only one wee in the toilet and its only lunchtime.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ???

Do I give it another day to see if we get back on track or do the nappies come back on.

I really dont mind either way - but dont want to confuse my little man

Advice pleeeeeease

its a tough one,he is actually weeing in the toilet so maybe carry on. If you put him nappys on does he wee in them? Trained my little boy a few weeks ago and day 4 of training we nipped on a long journey and put him a nappy on and he didnt wee in it and asked to go to the toilet. Good luck

He now doesnt want a nappy - he had one one for his nap this afternoon and it was dry when I checked it. But as soon as we came downstairs he took it off and went to the toilet. Only to wee on the floor again 1/2hr later...
Pinkyp - how old is your son ? Maybe my darling son is just not able yet to control it that well ? ALthough he goes for hours at the time.
I dont know - I just dont want to do it wrong
