Postpartum periods and health anxiety

I’ve been struggling for the last month. I had a week where I felt a little off, I had an appointment at the doctor, I’d been having on and off pain in one breast (ebf) and he scared me silly. He said my breast was lumpy, sent an urgent referral to breast clinic and put me on antibiotics. My partner got us takeout that night to try cheer me up, lovely chilli cheese bites! The next day I was vomiting and diarrhoea, the lot! The throwing up stopped the next day, the number 2s took a few days but did sort out. Went for an ultrasound and was told my pain was 100% just hormones no lumps, and then I got my first pp period two days later. I felt much better physically but my anxiety was still a little crazy, until a couple days after coming off antibiotics and it all came back. Went to a pharmacist who pointed out my face was swollen, went to a dentist, a nice little infection and back on antibiotics! My bad poos, indigestion and lumpy throat feeling haven’t got any better, after finishing antibiotics no2, and I got put on omeprazole yesterday. Doctor said I’ve angered my gut with the antibiotics, but is it just that or is it intertwined with the period induced health anxiety and I’m just making myself sicker?? Will I feel better after period no2?

TLDR Are my postpartum hormones feeding my anxiety and making me sick or is it just the antibiotics?
