Anyone have experience with the hormone free coil? Copper coil?

Hi!

Had my little one nearly 6 weeks ago, ive been thinking of contraception.
I have pcos and as much as I would like to go back on the pill to control some of the annoying side effects from my pcos like excessive hair, I’m thinking of maybe hormone free coil. Me and hubby are happy to use condoms for short term but I don’t like them just as much as he doesn’t lol.

Has anyone had the hormone free coil and if so would you recommend?

I’ve previously had the implant which I hated! It made me bleed non stop and I’ve been on the pill.

I had it for many years with no issues at all.

Started bleeding heavily for 2 weeks at a time but they just said that was my body changing. I was 37 😭

I'd reccomend it.
