Nausea 3.5 months after giving birth

I feel like I have morning sickness again, and I wondered if it's hormone related. I have had nonstop queasiness for the last week and can barely eat anything except the occasional bit of fruit or bread. It started at the same time as I started getting a bit of spotting in my underwear.

Has anyone had the same thing? I’d forgotten how naff it is to feel like you're about to vomit all the time!!

Definitely not pregnant.

I had this when my period came back for the first two cycles. After that the nausea stopped and my periods normalised

Ahh ok this is probably what is happening. Thank you! Were your periods very light to start with?

Can’t quite remember as this was a few years ago. I think the first one was just spotting and then the second was normal and no nausea after that? I went to the GP who prescribed cyclizine in case it happened every month but it never happened again. The GP didn’t seem to have come across this before though so wasn’t very reassuring! See if you feel better once the spotting has gone?
