Hello, I had a planned c section 4 weeks ago and the scar is healing up fine but now I have a tender tummy, there’s one specific area just under my overhang, above my c section that is tender when I touch or put the shower head on it. If I hold my baby against my tummy it hurts or sometimes if I move and put pressure on it eg getting out of bed that area hurts. Has anyone else had this? Does the discomfort fade on its own? How long did it take? Or was there anything you took that helped? I am seeing health visitor tmo so wil bring it up. Thank you
