Postpartum and pain relief (normal delivery)

Just curious what/if any pain relief people took post partum after a vaginal delivery with no tear?

I had my daughter 6 days ago and I have been taking panadol on and off mainly for the odd aches and pains and headaches but just curious if others felt they had to also

I’m 8 weeks PP with my second baby, vaginal delivery- I did have a third degree tear so slightly different but haven’t taken any pain relief since I left the hospital. I just haven’t felt I needed it, would absolutely have taken some if I felt I did though.

I didn’t need any once my spinal block wore off. It was in place for surgery after the birth. I also had third degree tear. Are you eating well and resting as much as possible with a young baby?

yeah I think I am. I remember it with my son around this time I started having some tension headaches and pains I think from the pushing! Def all manageable without pain relieve tbh but I’m just going to try keep it up as I think it also is a trigger for my anxiety which has def hit with a vengeance today day 6.
