Sore boobs and leaking milk 4 weeks postpartum never breastfed

Hello!
I had my baby 4 weeks ago today. Decided to not breastfeed. Sore breasts quite badly for a few days then died right down.

today noticed I have some pain (have felt some tenderness through the previous weeks) also leaked some milk.

just wondering if this is normal? Should I be concerned? Very health anxious since having my baby 🥺

If you have pain you should see the doctor. You may have mastitis.
Moving in bed, cuddling your child, putting on your bra etc can knock them enough to start the let down reflex and so can simply hearing your baby cry. Because of this, it can take months to naturally ‘dry up’. It is possible to get medicine to quicken the process from the doctor, especially if it is affecting you mentally.
You should also be honest and ask for help re your health anxiety.

I was told that they might get a bit uncomfortable and if they do, to release a small amount of milk until you feel more comfortable

I was combination feeding and noticed I was still producing milk over a month later if I squeezed in the shower

Also completely get you with the health anxiety. I feel the same after having my kids
