Rapid breathing after feeding, floppy, tests all clear. Mystery?

My baby is currently 9 days old. He had his newborn tests which came back all clear. Since day 5/6 he was feeding 3oz every 2-3 hours as per midwife guidance. He became quite constipated no dirty nappies within 2 days, this is when we noticed his laboured breathing after his bottle. We took him to hospital and he has been in since.

The doctors have ran tests and x-rays etc and everything is coming back clear. He is currently requiring a little bit of oxygen but doesn’t look ‘unwell’ as such. After feeding he becomes quite ‘floppy’ too. Could this be neurological? Has anyone else experienced this.

He has no signs of illness etc no viral infections. It is all a mystery at this time. They doctors don’t seem too concerned on his wellbeing but obviously it isn’t ‘normal’ for a newborn.

Is he on formula? Could it be allergies?
