Period recovery after breastfeeding

Hello, looking for some advice. I stopped breastfeeding 10 weeks ago when my baby was 11 months. Still no sign of my period. I have had history of hypothalamic amenorrhea in the past so really keen to get it back soon. Anyone else have any experience of a delay in getting period back? Anything that helped? Thanks!

For many women, periods can take a while to return after stopping breastfeeding, sometimes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Hormones need time to settle, and stress, sleep, and nutrition can also play a role. Personally, I have experienced the same delayed return, and it often resolved on its own over time.

It took me about 3 months both times from reducing the night feeds to AF coming back.

You don’t need to stop completely to regain fertility and you don’t need to have had an AF to get PG if that’s your concern?

Have you had a ghost period yet?
