I’m one week postpartum now and my blood pressure it’s been up and down. Yesterday I had 160 98. Went to the hospital but because got better when I was there they send me home and told me I shouldn’t worry as it can be normal as my body is adjusting to the new normal again. Anyone went through this? I’m stressed really! I haven’t check today to be honest and I’m anxious to do it!

Did you see a midwife at the hospital?
You are still officially the responsibility of your midwife until 10 days post partum and you should be having your BP checked.
Having said that, obstetric care seems to be really bad these days. You should ring your midwife. Can you check it yourself? You should do it after you have been resting for half an hour, don't move or talk when you do it.
