Losing weight after baby

so I have always been small. I am 5 foot 2 and always weighed around 7 stone 5 give or take.
At the moment I weigh 6 stone 12.
I had a baby 6 months ago and I think because I am on the go all of the time this is why I am the smallest I’ve ever been. I eat a lot so there is no concern there. However, my family seem to think I should see a doctor to rule out if there is anything underlying. I personally have no concern as I have always been on the smaller side and think I’m just none stop lately with my baby etc.
I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else after having a baby and lost weight because you’re just so busy all of the time?

I've had this after all least two of my pregnancies. Weight came back naturally in time. I imagine it's some kind of hormonal rebound. Doesn't hurt to look at how/what you're eating though to make sure it's healthy/enough.

I was exactly the same after I gave birth. I lost around 2 stone but I was just on the go constantly, my little boy is 4 now and the weight has returned a bit, he actually said to me the other day “you never sit still” 😂

6 stone 12 is quite underweight so I see why they are concerned. It’s around half a stone less than you normally are so in that sense it’s not that much but as you were already slim it’s probably quite noticeable on you. I wouldn’t get checked out because you personally aren’t concerned and likely doc will fob u off. If u get any lighter though u shld go.
I was always around 7.12 and went down to 7.7 after my first baby. It didn’t creep back on. I got pregnant again when youngest was 2 but I didn’t go back down to pre pregnancy weight this time. I’m more between 8.3 and 8.5 now. Not sure why it happened the first time.

after my second baby 10 months ago about 2 months after birth I was the lightest I’ve ever been since before kids. It’s completely normal due to all the hormone changes and your body getting itself back into routine. I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to get a check up but it’s completely up to you
