Baby blues and grief

I lost a parent when my baby was an only a few weeks old so had been putting my mood down to that, but we’re months down the line and now I’m not so sure. Has anybody been diagnosed with postpartum depression quite late on? If so, would you mind sharing what it was that caused you to seek help? Thank you in advance

You’ve been through a lot. Pregnancy & Death
Postnatal depression can be diagnosed up to a year after birth and usually first signs at 5 week
Encouragingly, it’s a really treatable illness and with medication and support recovery is likely. Talk therapy and medication Tell your GP or HV they’ll offer you support and I wish you well going forward
