Urethra pain post birth hasn't gone away

Looking for anyone who has had a similar experience or any advice!! I had a vaginal delivery with my son 2.5 years ago, and after the bulk of the recovery I realised it still felt "off" when I peed. It felt like I was peeing through my clitoris, and I have a pretty constant dull ache around the opening of the urethra. It is so minor and I can go through my day without noticing it, but I really notice it when I urinate or especially during sex, any contact to the area is really uncomfortable and has really limited my sex life with my partner. There is no burning or stinging, it's just that direct contact to the area, maybe a 1cm radius around my urethra, is really uncomfortable. I can't find anyone saying they've had a similar experience and I feel like I'm going crazy. Also not sure whether to bring it up to my doctor, I brought it up early on in recovery and told it was normal then but surely I'm fully recovered now. Any advice would be appreciated.

Suggest you see a women’s health physio. They really know their stuff.
