I gave birth exactly 1 month ago and due to the birth I got quite bad internal hemorrhoids. Saw the doctor and was given suppositories which I have now finished. I am not sure if this is supposed to happen but after going to the toilet I get blood clots on the tissue after wiping and very bloody water in the toilet. Is this them clearing away or is this something I need to get looked at again? Just want to double check before I possibly book another appointment, but if this is normal and people have been through this before I will just leave it :)
