Symptoms after stopping breastfeeding

Stopped breastfeeding around 6 weeks ago after 2 years. Felt fine / as usual for first few weeks and now I am all over the place. This last week, I have had a headache almost constantly, and I am not normally a headachey person at all. Anyone else? Paracetamol/ ibuprofen not helping!

Hello @Rrrrrres - hope you don't mind me asking, but did your headache clear up or did you manage to get to the bottom of it? I've just posted a new thread as below, but have been having quite a lot of symptoms the second time around when I stopped BF, so just trying to work out what's normal and what isn't! Thanks x
