Anti-leak bras - are they worth paying for?

Hi everyone,
I'm a first-time mum to a lovely 9-week-old baby boy and navigating all the newness that comes with it – the cuddles, the chaos, and the constant changes in my wardrobe 🤦‍♀️. One thing I didn’t expect was just how tricky it would be to find a decent nursing bra – especially one that actually looks nice and keeps leaks in check without needing clunky inserts. I'm yet to try a few “anti-leak” bras (there's not many) but not sure if they work or are really worth the money?
Have any of you found styles that are genuinely comfortable, a bit more flattering than the usual bulky options, and still practical for those surprise let-downs?
Just curious what works for other mums.

Hey. I’m almost 7 months into BF and would say don’t waste your money. Happy to be corrected if someone else comes and says they’re great, but before you know it you won’t be leaking really so it seems a waste. The only time I leak now is the occasional bit from my left while I feed on my right, so I have a breast pad available just incase. In terms of bras, I really recommend getting sized up at M&S. They gave me options to try and didn’t do a hard sell or anything!

Oh edit to add - not sure if you have heard this hack but wearing a vest top underneath my regular clothes has been a game changer so I can lift my usual top up, and the vest down to BF. I’ve never bought any nursing clothes but I suppose it depends if this is workable with the types of clothes you wear!
