I’m 10m post partum but my belly hasn’t gone down. Before I was pregnant my tummy was relatively flat, maybe a slight bulge in the belly if I’d been having fun and not training as hard but now I seem to have a consistent bulge from my ribs to the bottom of my belly. Literally like a baby bump… I kept thinking it would go down but it hasn’t. It’s pretty much the same as about a month after I gave birth no matter if i am eating healthily.

did anyone else have this? Is it just the reality of my new body?

This. If you are eating healthily and exercising this isn’t normal (nor something you need to put up with). Please don’t suffer and go and see your doctor

I'm 18 months pp and still have a big belly. I drink water allnday, walk two miles daily and do sit ups but it's just not budging. I've also completely cut out bread. I'm hoping the results will kick in soon as I'm sick of looking like I'm pregnant again!
