Despise my postpartum body

I'm back into my pre pregnancy clothes but my belly is saggier and covered in stretch marks and breastfeeding has left my boobs lower down and further apart and covered in stretch marks. I feel like I'm wearing somebody else's body and I literally feel sick when I look at myself in the mirror. I don't think anybody will ever be attracted to me again. Has anybody else had this? Does it ever get any better? I'm 5 month postpartum

5 months is still soooo early!!

Give it a year OP and I’m sure you’ll feel much more like yourself.

The changes in our bodies after pregnancy can be so surprising in a way, but your body has just done THE most incredible thing! It's still early days and things will change.

Give yourself at least, and I literally mean this, two years.
In the meantime, eat well exercise and stay consistent.

Op, I’m 13 months in. I HATED my body during and after pregnancy. I a small bit of saggy skin on my stomach which only I would notice. My boobs are a bit saggier but no where near as when id just finished breastfeeding. I would say the past couple of months I’ve seen the biggest changes. 5 months is not a lot of time although it feels it x

I know exactly what you mean OP. I am nearly 6 months and don't recognise my body at all. I actually preferred my pregnant body! Even my face has changed with putting on weight.

The thing I am really struggling with is what to wear. I feel like I look awful in whatever I wear and when we have tried to go out for dinner say I get really stressed out.

I know it will take time but dreading going back to work and having to find new work clothes.
