As the title says what are the signs of postnatal depression. I think I might have it. Is there anyone willing to share a bit about their experience?

I would speak to your GP. Or try the PANDAS website

I felt disconnected and numb. I had intrusive thoughts and felt nothing I did was right, natural or good enough. The worst feeling was that I’d not bonded with my baby. I was obsessed with this. Please go and talk to someone, I spent about 18 months wondering ‘is rhis pnd? How am I supposed to feel’ and I think if you feel like that, you probably have it x

Sorry that your feeling this way. Postpartum is hard! So many changes in your body, hormones, routine, mental health to deal with?! I absolutely love being a mum again (2nd time after a hugeeee age gap, 6 months PP). But I feel lost at the moment like all my feelings are conflicting. I moved away from friends and family (before DD came along) so I miss the company but dont want to move back. I miss going into an office and colleagues and office jokes but also do not want to go back to work or put DD in a nursery. I want to be out and about but also cant be bothered. I want mum friends but also dont want the hassle that friendships come with. I would like more me time but dont want to stop EBF. Its all one big contradiction and I dont know how to get out of this funk.
