I gave birth in July & had a completely (ish) normal birth, I had to have forceps and an episiotomy delivery. I bled for roughly a week and it completely stopped. I’m formula feeding my baby & have done from the start so I know breast feeding isn’t the cause for it. I haven’t yet had a period should I be concerned or is this completely normal ?
