So I'm 3 month PP and the hair loss has started but it's significant I just washed my hair and a whole clump in the shower and another clump in the hair brush . I didn't have much to begin with did anyone find anything not any specific vitamins that helped with it ?

Could you be anemic? My pp hair loss was much worse after my first, my hairline really significantly receded. I was very anemic at the time. It all grew back though after a year or two.

Not anemic after my second, lost barely any hair at all.

I’ve been there twice and now suffering with perimenopausal hair loss so I know exactly what that’s like

what I have now is a bit different but for post partum hair loss nothing worked. I can tell you though that for me after both babies it lasted about four months but then totally stopped literally overnight.
I never had bald patches fortunately. But did have ridiculous tufty bits afterwards as it grew back. It did go back to normal eventually

ignore anyone that says it’s just the excess hair that you didn’t shed during pregnancy. I mean it is, but you def lose a heck of a lot more than that.

It is worth getting thyroid and iron levels checked though just in case

I doubt it but will get it checked

I agree. It's a total myth. I lost over an inch off my hairline after my first, that's a large section of my head that went completely bald.

It all grew back thankfully
