Best time to try and shift the weight

I'm expecting DC3 and just wondering, as I haven't managed to get to my pre pregnancy weight the second time round, if while breastfeeding is the best time to try and eat healthy and shift my weight off.

Do you think I can finally hit my pre pregnancy weight even though I'm 10kg over 😂

I breastfed my 2 other and the first time, the weight came off without me trying. Second time, lost half of it and put it all back on.

What's your advice/experience with this?

Hi
I’m breastfeeding and it definitely wouldn’t be the best time for me. Reason being prior to pregnancy I ate healthily but I would say I probably didn’t eat enough just out of not being hungry. However now I’m BF I am naturally more hungry, I think if that’s the case for you and you tried to just not go with it it could affect your milk supply. That’s not to say eat whatever you want I still eat healthily but I know I’m eating too much to lose weight if that makes sense.
