New friends

18m postpartum, so back at work 4 days per week. Not loads of free time but enough
Uni friends are not local, and without children - It’s even harder to meet up now.
Some old school friends but they’re always busy and plan things ages in advance .
Some work friends but not particularly close.
Antenatal group didn’t want to continue meeting up despite efforts

How do people meet new friends when you’re mid thirties?! I think lack of socialising is affecting mental health
