Hello!

just wanting to know if anyone else has experienced this, I have gone to the doctors and I’m waiting to hear back about blood results. I can’t find anything online about it happening. But I was fully healed at my six week check and last week my scar randomly reopen, I was moving things around my daughters room and then a few days later I noticed it was open, but I can’t imagine that would have caused it. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've not heard of this either @EllieLkj. Has the GP referred you to Gynaecology?

When you say, moving things about, do you mean heavy furniture? I wonder if you might have had a partial prolapse…

I wonder if you might have had a partial prolapse

That's a very good point Wolf. A DF has developed a prolapse after moving some furniture recently.

@CadyEastman I’ve not been referred yet, all that’s happened is blood results to see if I have diabetes causing me not to heal correctly and some antibiotic cream.

@WolfFoxHare heavy ish furniture nothing too crazy, I don’t think that’s what I’ve had as I have no signs of one just a re opening on my episiotomy scar

Did the GP have a good rummage and check to see if you've had a partial prolapse?
