i know there are bigger things to worry about was hoping someone would have some advice. My hair has been awful since having my baby, I'm not losing loads but it's so flat and greasy. I'll wash it and it instantly looks greasy, I've tried different shampoos etc but no luck. I already feel a bit rubbish about myself so would at least like to have clean looking hair!

It's normal. Hormonal disruption (isn't everything?!) Assuming you get a few bathroom minutes a day, wash it daily with a very mild shampoo.

Mine has thinned out and is stringy!
I know a girl at work who has had 2 and her hair is thick and lush!
But I guess I had mine older so I don’t think my hair will be the same!

Mine is falling out at a crazy speed. Every day so many hairs everywhere. I tried kerastaste anti hair fall shampoo but not sure it’s working.

I try not to care too much though.

You know the hair loss and oiliness is only for a few months, right? If yours is falling out, it will seem thin for a few more months as the new hairs (which are pushing out the old ones) grow longer.

Some women do experience permanent changes, such as curly hair when it used to be straight, but it's unusual. Your hair will most likely go back to how it was.

PP Hormones can really make hair oily & breastfeeding i've found. Clarifying shampoos really help. I love redken amino mint. It's a lovely light shampoo. Also i've switched to a light spray, leave in conditioner as opposed to a wash out one. My hairs feels much better, less oily / heavy.
