Hello - I'm currently 8 and a half months postpartum. I stopped pumping breastmilk at 5 / 6 months postpartum, my breasts are a lot smaller now but the areolas have stayed massive and a dark brown colour.
I am incredibly insecure and depressed about the appearance as I have smaller breasts the areola takes up most of the space. Pre-pregnancy I had very small areola that were light pink. Can I expect them to shrink any more? Did anyone else have any changes after breastfeeding? How long did it take for them to shrink / change? Thank you!
