Just about to enter the third trimester and want to give myself the best chance of avoiding or reducing pnd/postnatal anxiety this time round.
I think for me lack of sleep hit hard alongside being late 30s and not in the best shape.
Did anyone follow any particular nutrition, vitamins, shakes or rituals that they felt gave them a boost and more energy to face a toddler and newborn?
I worry that I'll fall back into the cycle of eating crap because its quick and easy and then the cycle of no motivation, feeling shit about myself and having no energy will begin again.
I'm aware there are no quick fixes for the pure exhaustion of a newborn but anything I can do to boost my energy and mood would be welcome.
