Axillary breast tissue and breastfeeding

Hi all,

I have axillary breast tissue in both armpits.
With my first pregnancy was ok to breastfeed but the lumps grew in size.
With this pregancy they are very big and I can't even put my arms down.
Have anyone pass through this? That opeted for a cirgury to remove it via NHS?
Is there any support for formula as is extremely painful to keep breastfeeding?
Image atrached.
Thank you

Not sure what you mean by "support for formula" OP?

Have you been to a BFing Support Groupp or spoken to a BFC on one of the BFing Helpliness. They might be able to offer some suggestions to help you.
