First period & spotting a week later?

Did anyone have spotting after their first period PP? I had my period, stopped bleeding then a week or so later I had bloody mucus discharge followed by two or three days of very mild brown spotting. I'm terrified of anything being the 'C' word 😫 I'm now 3 months PP and on Nexplanon and I've bled after sex. I'm awaiting a doctor's appointment but I just wondered what everyone else's PP experience was

Absolutely normal, it takes time for everything to settle down.
My bleeding after sex was caused by an erosion on my cervix. I had it cauterised with no more problems.

@DustyLee123 Thank you. I've had my cervix looked at though and she couldn't see any erosion so I don't know. Was your bleeding bright red? I'm still bleeding a bit today and it's always been bright red
