I know from research on here that periods can return even while ebf.
I am ebf my 7 month old, he doesn’t take a dummy or bottle and has shown minimal interest in solids, so is still feeding 10-12 times in 24 hours including 3-4 feeds during the night. I thought due to this I’d be safe for a while from the return of periods!
I’ve had some spotting last night and again this morning a bit heavier, both bright red on wiping but nothing on a liner.
I suppose my question is, did anyone else experience spotting while breastfeeding that didn’t turn into a period, or is this likely the be the start of my period? I had a mmc before this baby with no period in between, so aside from the miscarriage bleed I haven’t had a period since March 2022 and am a bit nervous of what’s to come!
