Inside of vagina burns :(

I’m 7 weeks pp and 2 weeks ago I started getting a burning feeling inside my vagina. My first initial thought was it was thrush I’ve used 2 pessarys and the cream but still no improvement. I’ve had a swab taken and that’s come up negative 😐 what else could it be? I’m red raw down there it’s so painful 😓

So if the swab is clear, what else do they suggest? They can't just shrug

Ask for a gynae referral and in the meantime, ask the pharmacist if there's anything to relieve the soreness
