Hey everyone, I just wanted some advice, so I am 12 weeks postpartum (on Monday coming). My postpartum bleeding stopped around 4 weeks, I exclusively breastfed for 2 weeks, used a breast pumped for an extra couple of days maybe another week. But baby has been fully formula fed since 3 weeks old.
I still don’t have a period yet, I don’t get little cramps as if it’s about to arrive but nothing just yet, I’m not pregnant as we have been careful and I have taken a pregnancy test just to rule it out.
is this normal?
